It's insane that I lost another 4 pounds in a week. I'm ecstatic, but terrified about regaining the weight!! I'm going to spend today researching how to maintain weight loss. I've lost this 20 pounds several times before, only to gain it back. Typical yo-yo dieter.

Besides being a yo-yo thing as you call it. Its hard when you are the one who shops yes you can buy healthy if not tempted. Hence cooking is bad for me I have to sample a bit of this and that and it all adds up.

I totally feel your fear. I must have gained and lost over 300 pounds in my lifetime of yo-yo dieting. I finally lost weight and kept it off by NOT dieting....but the old demons still come back to haunt me. Much less now, but it is still a battle. Good luck!
