So many obstacles were trying to keep me from the gym today. Husband out of town leaves me the logistics of two kids to get to day care and school, and then myself to work. Youngest woke up with a fever which led to early morning doctor visit and a visit to the pharmacy. Major guilt at having to drop her back off at day care, but she's handling it all so well...many of her day care providers say she's acting much like her normal self (except that she's eating a lot!) Finally got back to work and was reminded I had a seminar to attend in the afternoon. Plus, I have to plan to be off work early so I can take my son to his gymnastics class (because, dad's out of town).

But, I fought to make it happen. I HAD to. It's my peace. It's my time. And my personal trainer never takes it too lightly on me. I'm amazed that he always knows just how hard to push me without making the goal seem too unattainable...but still making it a struggle to get through.

I need new pants. Everything is getting loose...either that or I'm getting shorter (ha ha - because my pants are sitting lower on my hips). I know there will be a change at the end of this "Trust Fall..." challenge. As long as I keep up this momentum.

I can't believe the new strength, speed, and endurance I've gained over the past couple of months. I love the routine I've fallen into with my lunch hour workouts...and I find that I don't feel complete unless I make it to that workout. And eating-wise, I don't crave junk nor do I crave as MUCH as I used to.

Lots of positives...even in this crazy, crazy day.

You're right, it's your time and don't let anyone else butt in on it! :D I'm still craving a step on to that scale. This challenge is so hard for me!!
