Yesterday was really hard for me. I spent all day just thinking about food. I did good in what I ate though, so I am happy about that. I just wish there was something I could do to get my mind off of eating all the time.

On a side note, there was a potluck at work (chips, dip, cookies, cupcakes...) and I didn't eat any of it. VERY proud of myself for resisting :)

It'll get easier... or so I'm told.

You are not alone, yesterday I couldn't stop thinking about food either. Some days are rough, but way to go for sticking with your plan!

It will...on tues (my first day-lol) I seriously wanted brownies like CRAZY!! Then I've been working out and realizing the calories and how much it takes to burn that brownie off...and it definately makes the urge go away! Not that I don't think about it a lot though...but I just know the urges are slowllllyyy fading! lol I'm here for ya!
