Throwback Thursday anyone? I’ve had quite a nine year journey on Fat Secret. Lost and gained a bit but I’m working on a year and a half of maintaining. Went up 10 lbs last year, but halfway through losing it this year. 2019 was my “big” year losing 60 lbs.
