So I came home from work kindda bummed. I don't really like my job and some days it's just so draining. I didn't want to work out. I just wanted to lounge around all night. But I knew I couldn't. I had to watch Biggest Loser on demand to get some motivation. So finally at 8:15pm I did my Couch to 5K work out. I felt good for doing it, but there wasn't any "exercise high." But that's ok. Hopefully it tired me out enough that I'll have a really good night sleep tonight!
