I keep falling off my "diet" and I'm disappointed. I weighed myself this morning and I weigh exactly what I did when I was 9 months pregnant. I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life. Today after I get off work I am going to go home and take a before picture of myself and take some measurements. I'm going to dust off my treadmill and put that sucker to good use.

It's never too late to change.

You can do it! I've been on a "diet" all my life. Of course, I'm 38 (til March anyways, lol) and it took finding out I had high cholesterol for me to get serious. I don't want to die from a heart attack (or get stints, or all that jazz) EVER. I'm not saying your not serious, but sometimes it takes a bigger anchor to get someone to make a change. I will be able to eat at fast food joints again, but this time they won't be the main staple in my diet. Make your diet your lifestyle, not your lifestyle a diet. You can do it my friend! (I only say this because if I can, anyone can! It just feels different this time. Pay no attention that I'm still in the honeymoon phase of my journey. ;) )
