its been a tough 2 weeks, have not lost anything, feeling frustrated because, I am eating well and the weight is not moving. this is normally where I gave up in the past.. but I refuse to stop. will keep on keeping on, one day at a time. so afraid to fall back into old habits

That's the spirit🎉! It's mind over matter. It's a timeous journey, but you need to be patient and remember that it's not only about a number on the scale, but for your overall health too. Your body will reward you🌸. Goodluck and keep going.

I'm exactly where you are not losing the last 2 weeks and also not giving up. I'm being constant with my diet and water intake because I know it'll be over before I know it. My thinking is, "what if I give up the day before this all turns around". Keep it up, you have come so far, it can only go better from here on

You guys are awesome,i am feeling better knowing there are others that are feeling the same, and that helps with the motivation... i eat around 1000 cal per day, mostly veggies, protien and healthy fats like nuts and avo, but my body is just so stubborn these last 2 weeks...

What does you cm's say? Usually when not losing on the scale you are losing cm's. Don't give up we all go thru this stage

When I was chatting to someone about this thing, the conclusion we came to (I have hit MANY plateaus over the last 2.5 yes)- was this: we know giving up won’t help us lose weight so the only option is to carry on trying 😂 eventually our bodies come to the party and the weight loss starts again. Look on my profile for where I posted my weight loss graph and all the up and downs

My cm also not comming down, i think i've hit a plateau. Will just up my excersize and not give up on eating healthy
