A beautiful morning in SE North Carolina...a great day to stick to a plan...I am trying to stick closely to my beloved Eat TO Live diet, as I am preparing for gastric bypass surgery this summer. It has finally come to this. My many serious health concerns are the driving factor. Real fear of heart attack, stroke, or kidney failure, plus the fact that my mother died of a massive heart attack at the age of 60 (I'm 55); brought to my clear attention by 2 doctors is enough for me. Coupled with the success of people I know, and a buddy on here, and finally having a chance to be 'normal'; my husband and I have come to a final decision that it is time. Shooting for late June or early July, lots of things to be done first...
