I'm back from a short break :) When I started not exercising and also not taking my bio readings, I somewhat started to relax too much lol. I better try to maintain, at least, some things under control, such as the food intake lol. :)

my throat infection (that's what it looks like) feels like it's getting better now, but it's still there. It's a persistent little virus (if that's the case lol). The red spot on my soft palate was almost blood like, it was almost indistinguishable from blood, but it's now more like irritated skin, still red but doesn't resemble blood anymore, which is good! lol

I really miss exercising but it's better not to do it yet. :) I have plenty of time for that!

Today my waist's measuring 79.2 cm, which is still a very good result considering I have completely halted exercise for more than 2 days now :)

Let your body fight the infection instead of using that energy exercising. Yet an old boss who was a physical therapist swore the endorphins from running would fight any infections.

I haven't eaten honey in a long time Deb! I might actually get a flask heheh. Thanks for the tip! :) I've heard that, when honey doesn't crystalize with the cold, then it's no good. Don't ask me why. I just heard that lol from a guy who produces honey ;)
