Mind wasn't in the right place today while on the treadmill. But, I've set my hill sprint challenge as a challenge I hope to get through by the end of 6 weeks...I guess I shouldn't have expected myself to be there by the end of the 1st week. Still, even a failure at a challenge is a success at the attempt. I stilled burn calories; still challenged the muscles; and gained mental perspective for the next attempt.

Finally Friday. No workouts planned for the weekend. I get to enjoy time with the kiddos and the hubby. They are fuel for my soul.

Thanks for all the comments and support this week. I'm loving the challenges that I'm in (this is the 1st time I've committed to any challenges on FS) and I'm inspired by so many of you.
