Well, lost bugger all this week. Took on looking at what worked and what didnt. Got all the usual reasons and excuses of course. I really keep getting how important a food diary is for me personally. If I look back over the past week, there has been more bread, a couple of crumpets, an English muffin etc. I'm no expert but the weeks I have more wheat/cereal - I just dont lose anything. Its all about the carbs for me I think. Last week I couldnt exercise for a sore knee and still lost .8. This week I havent done much, its been cold and wet and huge night shift hours - but there was a lot more carbs in the diet. And, I didnt have nearly as many meal replacement shakes either now I think about it. I'ts not really rocket science is it. So, thats what I am taking on this week - cutting back on the carbs. On a good note - only about .6 from losing my first 10kgs. As I often share - who do I have to be and what actions to I need to take this week to get to 112.5. watch this space.
