I will unfortunately have to skip exercise for a few days. I have what looks like a small infection in my mouth/beginning of throat. It's somewhat annoying - My throat's sore etc and I have some minor eruptions on my uvula and a little red (looks like blood) spot on my soft palate so, I've decided to give my body some rest until this gets better. I'm hoping this won't have too much of an impact on my actual numbers. It will certainly have an impact but I'm patient lol. I'll do it all over again ;)

Today I haven't measured myself but I will probably be doing it and also logging food. Only the exercise will be on hold. ;)

Thanks Mrdcleveland! I already have a Dr's appointment :) I think my body's going to kick this thing out before that day is here though lol. After googling the symptoms, and looking at some pictures, I'm assuming it's a small infection. I'm gonna be positive heheh. Eating a lot of oranges ;)

You know, I tripled-up on my Vit. C all winter, and even when my husband had the flu for 2 weeks (and coughed and carried on for 2 more), I didn't even get a sniffle! I'm going to keep my multi going for the summer, but this winter, I'm adding back the Vit. C.

Get well soon Euheie! surely rest will be a good help for a speedy recovery. Health is first, so don't worry much about the numbers as soon as you are eating properly.

Thanks Wholefoodnut! Symptom-wise, it's actually not bad. The throat is a little sore and irritated and sometimes constricts somewhat. I suspect laryngitis lol. Thanks! :)

Thanks Chickturu! Today the only thing I measured was my waist, which apparently enlarged by only 2 mm lol. I'm not very worried about it though. :)
