Doing pretty good as far as not gaining . Sometimes I do put on a few extra pounds, but now I know that this is to be expected. Watching my calories really does help. Too those that are new to this "eating for life", counting your intake of food really does work. Monitor yourself and be honest as you can and watch what happens. The beautiful thing about me changing what/how much I eat, the weight has not came back (maybe a pound or two). So stick with this and you will be in the skinny crowd...Have A Skinny Day!
