I need to leave the ripped in 30 by jillian michaels and the brazen ab challenge due to my sickness right now. I surely need to start slower! Sorry I havent been on. I have not been feeling well.. I think I slept my life away all week last week into this week. Going to doctor today and the endocrinologist tomorrow. Missed seeing everyones posts but I did keep track of what I ate on a post it till I came on lol. Hope everyone is doing well ;)

I'm also sick but it's a minor thing. I'm also not exercising though. It's always better to stop exercising to let your body use all its resources to fight the disease :) Get well soon!

Thanks so much Njashka! deb, thank u it went well. my A1c is 9.4 and I go to my endocrinologist tomorrow morn. but my primary changed my meds to just metformin 2x a day 1,000 mg cause my sugar is not going below 180 fasting. True Euheide, but I really do want to do something... so I saved a bunch of exercise videos on you tube for beginners and see where that goes.. once my darn back gets better lol.. i pulled something and having a sciatica problem right now lol. Hope you all r doing well.. Love all around!
