Too right, Paula. It’s been a revelation for me. I always sort of knew higher protein and lower carb worked well for me and my lifestyle but it’s only recently I’ve put numbers on it and thought about what I need before/after workouts etc. I love the idea of nourishing my body rather than feeding a hunger.

Too right . Tracking macros not only makes you more aware of what you are putting into your body .. it also makes you take better options and think twice if that dish is really worth it. On top of that, it makes you more creative in kitchen.😉
I made 2 days ago pesto penne and still didn’t have it.

Janus I thought you would like to know I am seriously thinking about a Portuguese dish for lunch. That includes salty cod fish 🐠
Basically that’s my carb intake gone, sodium intake out the roof and calories I am not sure yet ahahah

Oh I love bacalhau! So good. Almost impossible to find here though I lived in Catalonia for some years and you could get it there. I hope you have it and enjoy it and post a pic so I can enjoy vicariously!

Usually Brazilian shops have it. 90% of the times they also sell Portuguese products. Wherever you are, there must be a Portuguese/Brazilian shop in a very rubbish area somewhere. 🤣🤣
