an amazeballs weigh in this morning... I was so sleepy I got on and off the scale about three times just to make sure my pre caffeine brain was correctly processing the number.
While I am uber extatic I'm also mildly terrified this is but a minor blip down. forgive my pessimistic thinking but I have always been one to stay on the side of caution.
This did however give me a massive confidence boost and I must say my body does feel leaner... I even dared to finally was those jeans that I can now (literally) squeeze myself into... how I'll get back in them will be interesting. to minimise shrinkage I did opt for air dry rather in the machine. I know those millimeter will count! hahaha.... oh being a woman :-)
