I was so happy to see that .8 loss this morning! I'm now at 4/22.6 for my personal challenge, "Get to goal in 2011".
I am going to try to lose an entire pound this week, by eating a little bit more this weekend (eating most of my weekly points) and sticking to my daily points through the week. And by making most of my food choices Power Foods.
Plus, sticking 100% to my exercise plan:
Saturday- 1 hour cardio (gazelle) Sunday- 1 hour cardio (gazelle) Monday- 40 minutes Nordic Track Tuesday- 40 minutes Nordic Track Wednesday- DOR Thursday- 40 minutes gazelle Friday- Curves circuit training, 1 hour cardio
