bit of a drop today back to where I was.

intermittent fasting is a bit less good last night/today. today I'm hoping to get my new tattoo so I need to open the eating window a bit earlier and closed it late last night. But I guess one day is not the end of the world.

I'm totally full of nervous energy right now... super excited and nervous at the same time. so today is not about fasting or whatever... will make up for it tonight/tomorrow.

hoping all goes through today! :-)
