Hey guys, I'm okay. I'm far away from home, depressed, stressed and exhausted. I've not had the time to grief as I'm busy with work, and my degree on top of fasting for Ramadan. I've read every single on of your comments and I wanna say all the concern and support means the world to me. My family at fatsecret is the best. I love you all, and I can't wait to be back here with my meals and weigh ins. Stay safe, please 🙏

That sounds really hard. Hope you manage to get home to be with your family soon...to reminisce, to grieve, to love. Covid and lockdowns have made everything so much harder. Look after yourself xx

I have been away from FS. Due to health challenges at home...
It's very late for my condolence.
But it's never too late for prayers and support.
May Allah give your dada abu best place possible in jannat.
Covid had hit everyone with loved ones loss.
Directly or indirectly.
But the fact is we all meant to leave this world. May we could leave it peacefully.
But this fact doesn't reduce the pain of survivors.
