It was a really exciting morning to stand on the scale and see 189.4! Oh yeah baby! I immediately did the "I'm too sexy for my scale" dance, jumped on the bed once or twice, then gracefully calmed myself before getting on the scale once more. The second time, I saw 190.0, so that's what I logged. The point is.... I saw 189 on the scale, and that is DEFINITELY an improvement! Do you remember when I was in the 230s???? OMG - what a great day!
It's amazing to think that I'm still heavy. I'm still considered obese, and that the charts say I need to lose another 50 pounds. HOWEVER, I feel great. Really, I'm way hot now! I fit into non plus size clothes! What a victory!
