Why does it have to be so hard to control ones weight? Work to get down creeps back up rinse and repeat. It is like exercising though, get to feeling good, get super busy for a few days and the habit stops, then back into the rut of old bad habits till all the weight comes back and you say oh 💩. Here we go again. Well, here we go again, I have some other habits down pat so I am going to start anew on my fat secret and physical activity. LET’S GO!!!!
