Not sure of my actual weight today but will weigh myself tomorrow am when I get up. Had coffee and lunch with Adam today and he is starting to prepare for his gastric bypass surgery and it stimulated me into starting my diet again today but will actually start once I weigh myself, so my start date is 2/4/2011.
