trying to eat vegan is a different kind of hard. you really have to plan. i had to eat soy curls two times today because i do t have any other protein in the house. i got away with it but now i have no clue where to get my protein from tomorrow. i see online you can eat lentils but according to this app it seems like it's not enough to get my protein up? what else can I do? i don't want to take supplements, apart from b 12 and omega-3?
