Okay, shoulder hurts like a b***h, but at least I did it! Burritos tonight! I love burritos. I love how I make them. Mom made them the best and I learned from her! Miss you, Mom.

Major fight today. :'{ Hubby tried to calm me down, which he did. I'm so thankful for him. I just feel so used by this jerk! At least it's not someone of great importance to me-- now. A good hard workout on the treadmill helped, too.

Sorry your shoulder hurts so much! But you are right at least you got things done! And yes a good workout always helps ease my stress! Hope tomorrow is a better day!

I love burritos too. The ones in my neighborhood have about 1000 calories each so they take special planning to approach. I hope your shoulder is feeling better by now and that you have a great day today.

Hey, info, brown some lean ground beef (I use the 97% lean) w/ onion & green pepper. (I use water w/ the ground beef. It breaks it up nice and fine and so there aren't any meaty clumps) Add non fat refried beans and green chilis and voila! The filling is ready for your low carb high fiber tortilla! A hefty one cup serving is like 300 cals or less! Last night I mixed a can of low fat refried black beans into the mix! Baby spinach, tomatoes, low fat cheese, avocado, salsa, and black olives complete the perfect burrito for me... Alas, no veggies because I need to go grocery shopping; which I will do today! :-D

P.S. Shoulder is driving me crazy. Ben-Gay helps (love the wintergreen smell) and ibuprofen are wonder drugs. The heating pad helps...
