i have fallen apart, i have not recorded in 3 days and i have gone back to my old eating habits. i feel so guilty and im not sure how to get myself out of this funk.

It’s okay man! It’s happen to all of us. I was feeling like that for weeks then I was like forget that I need to be more healthy and lower my cholesterol so I told myself to keep moving forward and not stop taking two steps back but if you mess up sometimes, acknowledge it, but keep going! You can do this my guy!!!

it happens can't tell ya how many times i have done this. there are days like today i was like why do i keep recording it makes me crazy sometimes. don't let it defeat ya we get a reset button everyday you got this

When I feel upset like this, I like to say this proverb outloud to motivate myself: "the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. the second best time is now." focus on what you can do in the present.
