Wonderful. Sprained my shoulder. No more weights for a couple of weeks- at least upper body. I just LOVE it when well laid plans go awry. Today, guess what I didn't do... Well, at least I was in too much pain to eat until tonight... I convinced my hubby that I can at least work out on the treadmill or aerobics class w/o swinging my arm(s) around. He's 'consented' to allow me to try that tomorrow...

Tons of ibuprofen later... :oD

Tomorrow begins anew!
