I think I get the idea-Having been in years of therapy, the idea is very similar to what I practised in the past-Do you recommend a particular book, and do any books deal with actual food intake or is this truly intuitive-based on my own intuition along with what I know a healthy diet is comprised of? Reading all about body signals for hungar and fullness, different reasons for eating other than hungar-----Is this it in a nutshell? Thanx again.
