I've totally taken a step back in terms of my eating. The last few days have been really stressful which have turned my days around. I haven't had breakfast in the morning, but do so later on, however, I end up eating a lot at dinner, but still stay under my net carbs. I'm not losing more weight so far, but I suspect I will in the next days. I haven't had the mind or time to go walking either. But it is only Tuesday, my weekly goal is three walks for 30 min minimum a week. I've managed to walk over 1 hour at least 2 times a week. I need to step it up cuz the challenge is soon coming and with being an administrator and all i really need to show up for that. I'm looking forward to it though...
I can't believe yesterday I only had a shake and literally a chicken ceaser salad for dinner. I'm not too hungry though and thankfully I don't run to the bread when I do get too hungry anyway, the advantage of atkins! yey!
