Going good, not yet on full keto but losing weight so loving it. At this rate I may chose to not do keto and instead limit any high card foods/Cake to before 1pm and then only fruit or veges after that. I am also having more fun at he gym and taking life easy. Will see how long this lasts. Had an aweful time at the dentist yesterday, 1st time at the dentist in 16 years and 1st time getting a filling, I now understand why I have a mild phobia to dentists. to make it worse dentist said I had Trismus so he said that affected his ability to put in a perfect filling so do not know. Have no clue what Trismus is or how I got it but anyway life continues.
