Started recording what I'm eating, what I'm doing (included yesterday). I'm kinda irked that I can't put in that I took the stairs at work, instead of the elevator, but oh well. Starting and recording is better than nothing. We'll see how it goes. So far, just recording. Started walking yesterday as well, so we'll see how this gets me. And I'll be adding in the exercise that I'm adding to my day....
