Delighted to be down almost 1kg as planned. Easter has been a challenge, but I made sure that the hot cross bun and the very small chocolate egg was counted and included in the daily calorie count. I struggled because the empty calories left me very hungry, but it was confirmation again that the right choices result in success! Waist: 100cm Hips: 114cm
