I am going to try and log every mouthful for 3wks and 3 days (til fam visit) to see if I can drop 6 or 7 lbs. 7lbs in 3 1/2 weeks, is that doable? Should be shouldn't it? And yet in the last year I have failed to lose at that rate... #nolongerseventeen

LOL no swearing for fatties. I do find food logging helps even though it's a pain in the neck. I have 5 weeks to lose 5kg so the same rate. it's never going to happen, but I'm going to try anyway. As you say. Just not eat and wait. Right, am off for a yomp. xxx

We just had a week of 3 hospitals and a lot of single parenting, plus teachers' strikes and dentists, so lardy fatbutt here has been cramming in marshmallows and ignoring all things diet. I am probably 150lbs right now but have just pigged out on breakfast, so hardly going to weigh myself, or if I do, would really need to subtract a bowl of cereal and several giant coffees (10lbs, right, coffee?) Argh. Tomorrow, it starts AGAIIIIIIAN.
