Thx 🐻😋 The rice contained : homemade pickled mustard seeds, apricot jam, golden raisins, jalapenos, red onion, salt, cayenne, tumeric, coriander, parsley, cilantro, butter, olive oil. Bloom spices in butter & olive oil, sauteed onions & peppers .. then sauteed rice and a liquid - water ir stock .. Hope that helps❣️

Tastebuds calming down now 😋 First time making pickled mustards seeds and since I didn't have yellow mustard seeds they were a bit of a miss by themselves but added a nice texture & pop to the rice. 😊
