I was killing my bench press at the gym. Warm up Was 20 reps! No problem! Wow! That was easy! Put 25s on each side heck let’s go 30 on each end. 10 reps! I’m really feeling it now! Going for the max. Go to put on the 45s and see that what I thought was 135 to start was 115. 35s disguised as 45s. Dumb! Oh well! Still a good workout. 😊
