Soooo been about a week and a bit almost 2 weeks... was first flu-ish so did no exercise and then got my period which did not help with my sweet tooth cravings however the scale shows I lost 0.5kg? A bit confusing but happy 😊
So starting to train today again and back on the good eating and IF 14:10.
