i hope i haven't,but the way this weight is going down,i have a feeling i'm losing some muscle mass. my appetite still hasn't returned,and i am having to push myself to eat. oh i hope the weight doesn't come back on me!!
i didn't get my yoga done yesterday, but i did take a small nap yesterday afternoon,got up to puke,and i have felt much better ever since. except for the upset stomach that WILL NOT go away! ugh!every time i eat,no matter what i eat,my stomach hates me for it. i pray i get over this soon.
