I'm not doing so well, in the weight loss dept. I gained about 3# over the past week and that isn't the direction I plan on going.
I have been down the path before over and over, I plan on making this my last time and it better be, for yo-yo dieting isn't a good thing and at my age, it is harder to lose the weight.
I am working on eating a lot less during the day, and no seconds and a lot less snacking between meals too.
I have to start taking the responsibility for myself and my weight is just one direction I am heading to be fit and healthy.
Great to find others who are willing to discuss their flaws as well as their blessings.
