Ah. I kind of made it up. So, tblspn of dark sugar and same of cider vinegar melted in a pan. Pepper oregano added and then I chopped old soft tomatoes into it and sweated it down to make it thick. I cut a pepper in half and roasted until soft, then took it out. I fried pork mince chopped onion and garlic until soft and mixed it with the tomato stuff and put it back in the oven to blend in. About 20 minutes on moderate. The rest is sliced radish, sliced garlic and sweetcorn fried in a pan until browned.
