Happy Monday! I am feeling good and so proud of myself today. I set my alarm for 5 a.m., and actually woke up! LOL Had a great leg workout w/ a 10lb. kettlebell. Ready to do it again tomorrow. It was nice to workout without someone bothering me with something they need. I did weigh myself this past Saturday, but I weighed the same as last week, so I just left it as is. I was very proud that I did not gain anything, and I knew I wouldn't lose because my movement decreased by half, (Spring Break at Home). My goal for this week is to keep tracking and eating within my calorie goal, as well as exercising at least 5 days this week. Whatever your goals may be for this week, I hope you smash them!

Thank you everyone! I almost let the comfort of being in bed defeat me, but I got up, 15 mins later, BUT, I got up. Good upper body workout, now my shoulders are sore. UGH. I hate that first week 'breaking in' to your muscles. LOL
