Thanks Hebrews, caught boyfriends cold that might have something to do with it. Hope you are doing well. I wanted to get your opinion. I have been doing intermittent fasting and keto at the same time. Want to just do IF and start easing out of keto. How/where do I find out how to adjust the macros?

If you mean in app it's in the section labeled reports. There's a bullseye shaped button in the upper right you can click on. If you mean what to set the macros to that's been a crap shoot for me. Just playing untill I see what I want in the mirror.

And just be ware not to get discouraged. When I experimented with keto when I reintroduced carbs and switched to cico I put on a bunch of water weight. Carbs pull water. Don't panic. It's normal and you'll level out.
