Happy to report that life is still treating me well, and I hope that all is going great for all of my FS Buddies.
For the first time in my adult life, I'm successfully in a maintenance mode. My goal has been to hold steady between 190 & 200 pounds until mid-April, with a trend downward, so that I'm at 190ish at that time. I dropped a pound this week to 192.4 lbs, so I'm pretty happy with where I am at the moment. I can't wait until I can get back to working out throughout the day and don't have to sit at my desk 10 - 12 hours every day.
