I can not help but feel I am cheating on my diet. I have stuck very close to it, and last night I made the decision to allow my self a little treat at the end of every day that I have ingested less than 1000 calories. Treats like a little piece of candy, a pop tart, or a cookie. I hope I am not wrong to do this. I just have this vision of me blowing up like a balloon. Haha, it's quite frightening!!
