well, 7lbs so far since January...not as fast as I like but I seem to only be strict 2 weeks at a time. I want to lose another 7lbs and get back to how i felt 4 years ago...I hate to bitch about such a little amount of weight but I know from being fat once in my life that its a slippery slope. AT 45 years of age its even slippery, metabolism slower, wine consumption and stress up.
I have never been this determined before and have never actually focused on my diet this much since i had my son 16 years ago.
I will get to 145 if it kills me...ok, maybe not that extreme!! lol
