I feel bulged. I again had a stress eating episode - I ate up too much of my diet friendly oat bran muffins yesterday. Not too bad (at least no bread, sweets or fats), but also not too good. I'm up early, stressed, sleepy and my body has decided to punish me with stress caused "flowing through". This will be an interesting day! And you know- I haven't been to a gym this week - and I miss it!! I never thought I would say that.
