Not much to report. Dropped 4 lbs this week. Still in maintenance mode. I'm still trying to stay between 190 & 200 until the end of the season in Mid-April. That being said, I'd like to be right around 190 at that point so that I'll be primed for my push to reach 12% body fat before the end of this year.
I had to re-set my office hours to start one hour earlier through the end of the season. Apparently, I'm contractually obligated to open by 9am and I never actually knew that...lol. So now, I'm rising at 4:30 to 4:45 so that the dogs and I can be hiking by 5ish and get our exercise done before I leave for work.
That being said, I better run. Its a half hour drive to the office and its 10 till 9 already.
41 Days to GO!! Less than 6 weeks until I get back to my real life!
