Hello out there! I just started the Gabriel Method lifestyle (not a diet). All I have done is added in nutritional foods...not taken away anything...and have lost 4-5 pounds in the first 2 weeks!!! I also am listening to his meditation/affirmation every night. I think the subliminal messages are working!!! I haven't had my normal carb-fest at 9pm every night for a week now! So far I'm loving how easy this has been!! It's just a matter of time before I actually look like the Shape Magazine model I've been visualizing that I look like!!! :D Anybody with positive results on The Gabriel Method... I'd love to hear your story!!!
