Started my FS journey March 2019 it’s been two years since achieving my goal and managed to keep it off successfully , however I got so used to eating for weight loss that even my cheat days don’t push up my calorie deficit 😩

I am trying to eat for maintenance and increase my calorie intake but I’m struggling the aim is to get to 2000 calories averaged for the week because I lift heavy 😩

Very inspired by this, thank you for sharing. I would love to get my calories higher and still be able to maintain.

@1Geogie we must just try to find that sweet spot , where you are consuming enough calories to give you the required nutrition and recovery while maintains. I guess this app is what it’s here for to seek like minded people who will understand the journey and give support 🙂

@Pmorebodi, I agree, I am trying to get to 1350 calories to lose the last few kgs and hoping to up it to 1500 once I start lifting heavy again. I love that I can find inspiration so easily on this app.
