Curious about alcohol. I I drink vodka with water and 0 calorie crystal light pack or just vodka with vitamin water zero...does it effect weight lose?

There isn't a simple answer. It kind of does. Alcohol is absorbed sort of like a carbohydrate, sort of like a fat-so there are legitimate calories (about 100 calories per shot of vodka). If you are binge drinking or mixing with high calorie liquids-then yes it will affect weight loss. Depending on the alcohol, it messes with your blood sugar as well. Many people crave unhealthy foods when they drink, so that could affect weight loss. And....we all know alcohol dehydrates you which absolutely affects your weight. If you want to indulge, drinking vodka and basically flavored water is definitely a moderate approach. Make sure for every cocktail, you drink an additional 12-16 oz. of water. I'd limit yourself to one or 2 drinks max per day.
