So a little bit of a confession.... My starting weight on this journey was actually 104kg and not the 101kg I originally noted in the app. It seems so ridiculous now but in retrospect I was so deeply ashamed of having been so ill and having gained so much weight that closer to 99kg felt somehow better at the time. One think I know for sure is that I do not have a great relationship with loving myself where I am at and would show a stranger more kindness than to myself most of the time. This journey is turning out to be life changing and not just weight dropping. ❤️
