Gah! So I just got on the scale this morning to see how much weight I lost over the weekend. I was very good with my eating, and to my dismay the scale said I GAINED 3 pounds! How??? Oh well. Time to workout. It's still raining so I'm going to do a workout video. I'm trying the 30 day shred program, I got it from blockbuster.

We also went for our monthly grocery shopping trip. We've been trying to save money since I'm not working, so we cut our shopping from once a week to about once a month. We got a TON of groceries - soups, pasta, veggies, fruit, all kinds of healthy stuff - for less than $200! We've been doing this for the past few months, and we've cut our grocery bill in half!

If you ate well it's most likely just a water gain, and should go away. You might have ate some sodium. Google the article "why the scale lies". It's very insightful and will help you understand why we sometimes get unexpected gains for no reason.
