Gah! So I just got on the scale this morning to see how much weight I lost over the weekend. I was very good with my eating, and to my dismay the scale said I GAINED 3 pounds! How??? Oh well. Time to workout. It's still raining so I'm going to do a workout video. I'm trying the 30 day shred program, I got it from blockbuster.
We also went for our monthly grocery shopping trip. We've been trying to save money since I'm not working, so we cut our shopping from once a week to about once a month. We got a TON of groceries - soups, pasta, veggies, fruit, all kinds of healthy stuff - for less than $200! We've been doing this for the past few months, and we've cut our grocery bill in half!
